Valve-specific machine tool are generally used for processing large parts, as the corresponding components of medium and large machine tools are also large, especially in the turret area. The use of inclined hard rails is mainly to overcome gravity and have better stability to improve the accuracy of Valve machine tool. In some harsh environments, the superiority of inclined hard rail beds can be demonstrated.

However, it is inevitable that mechanical equipment will malfunction after prolonged use. By identifying the cause of the malfunction and conducting targeted maintenance, it can continue to be used. So, how should we deal with Valve processing specialized machine tool spindles not starting?
1. Remove the signal connection wires from the FWD, REV, and COM terminals of the frequency converter.
2. Enter the forward rotation command, press the system start button, and observe the indicator light of 24V DC relay KA1. If the indicator light is on, it indicates that the CNC system is working normally, and the coil drive circuit of relay KA1 is also working normally; If the indicator light does not light up, it indicates that the fault may be a broken circuit in the coil drive circuit of relay KA1; Or poor contact of normally closed interlocking contacts; Or the PLC of the numerical control system may malfunction.
3. Measure the FWD and COM terminals with a multimeter in Rxl mode. If there is no conductivity, it indicates that the cause of the fault is poor contact between the normally open contact of relay KA1 or an open circuit between FWD and COM.
If it is conductive, measure the analog voltage output between A11 and COM using a multimeter with a DC voltage of 20V. If the voltage value is around 2.5V, it indicates that the cause of the fault is not in the CNC system, but in the frequency converter; If the simulated voltage value is zero or low, it indicates that the cause of the fault is in the numerical control system.
